Fall/Winter baseball is a great time for players to start their preparations for tryouts and for the coming spring season.

Our academy is aimed at producing baseball players who are stronger, faster and more confident.

WHO: Baseball players ages 13 through high school

​

WHAT: 2- or 4-month baseball academy to prepare athletes for high school tryouts and to offer the opportunity for repetitions through scrimmages.
 

• November 2017 through February 2018.

• November/December 2017.

• January/February 2018.

WHEN:
 

• Players meet Wednesdays, 7:30-9 p.m. and Saturdays, 12:45-2:15 p.m.​

• November 2017-February 2018 (4-month option)  runs Nov. 8, 2017-Feb. 28, 2018. 

  • REGISTRATION DEADLINE: Oct. 15, 2017.

• November/December 2017 (2-month option) runs Nov. 8-Dec. 27, 2017.​

• January/February 2018 (2-month option) runs Jan. 3-Feb. 28, 2018.

HOW IT WORKS: 
 

• Meeting two times a week (see above), players of similar age and skill are grouped for personalized workouts to build core strength, agility, speed and proper movement patterns.

• We train the entire body and work intensively on baseball skills.​

COST:
 

• $600 for the 4-month option: November 2017-February 2018.

• $300 for the 2-month option: November/December 2017.

• $300 for the 2-month option: January/February 2018.
